Plans, credits, and your free trial

Here’s the money page, in plain words: what you pay, what a credit is, and what happens when you run out. Reading it takes two minutes.

What the $29 plan includes

The $29/month plan is built for one person running their own brands. It includes:

  • 150 credits/month
  • 2 tracked profiles
  • Basic video analysis (up to 15 min)
  • Ideas, calendar, scripts, and library
  • Up to 30 agent turns/day
  • 7-day free trial
The $29 plan card with its included features listed

"Up to 30 agent turns/day" means you can send your Director up to 30 messages a day. For most people that’s plenty — a full Monday planning session uses well under 10.

What credits are

A credit is spent when your Director does heavy work for you — watching and breaking down a video, searching the web for live reference videos, or building a full content project. Light back-and-forth chat doesn’t spend credits.

Your balance is always visible: click the account icon in the top-right corner, and the menu shows your credits as a bar — for example "120 / 150 credits." Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.

What’s always free

These never spend a credit:

  • Chatting with your Director (within your daily message allowance)
  • Reading your numbers in Overview — followers, engagement, daily insights
  • Looking at your Brand DNA card
  • Browsing everything you’ve already made — scripts, storyboards, saved references

Your 7-day trial

The trial gives you the full $29 plan for 7 days. The checkout page says it exactly: "Includes 7-day trial, no trial charge. No payment method required at signup. Then $29/month. Cancel anytime."

So: you start free, you don’t enter a card, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you do nothing, the plan starts at $29/month after day 7 — and you can cancel any time from your account settings.

When you hit a limit

There are three limits you might meet, and each one tells you what it is:

  1. Monthly credits. When your 150 credits are used up, a Monthly limit reached message appears: "Your usage will reset at the start of your next billing cycle." Heavy work pauses until the reset; chatting and reading your numbers keep working.
  2. Daily messages. If you send more than 30 messages in a day, you’ll see: "You’ve reached today’s agent turn limit — upgrade for unlimited turns." The counter resets the next day.
  3. Tracked profiles. Adding a brand past your plan’s count shows Profile limit reached — see Add and switch between brands for how profile seats work.

None of these lose your work. Anything in progress is saved, and you pick up where you left off.

The Managed option, in one paragraph

If you’d rather have campaigns run for you — creator outreach, UGC (customer-style video), approved ad spend, reporting — the Managed service starts at $1,500+/month. Enlighten takes 25%, capped at $2,500/month, and approved reach spend is pass-through with no markup. Details are on the Managed service page and the pricing page.
