Your brand profile is the workspace for one account. It holds your handle, analyzed videos, and personalization in one place.
Yes. You can refresh profile stats and analyze additional videos anytime without starting over.
Ideas are ranked by fit for your brand, how the reference is performing, and how practical it is to shoot.
No. You can browse ideas across all your brands and filter to one when you want to focus.
Scripts and planning
How script planning works.
They are now together on the same script page with separate tabs for Script, Shots, and Plan.
No. You can use scripts, shot lists, and production plans directly with your team or creators.
Busy periods or earlier steps still finishing can slow a request down. Processing continues on its own — you can keep working while it catches up.
Finalized plans keep references locked for consistency. If you want major changes, create a new version and edit from there.
Account and billing
Plans, credits, and subscription management.
Open the plans page to see the current plan options, prices, and included credits for your account.
Different actions use different amounts of credits. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle. Credit add-ons are no longer sold; existing add-on credits stay until used.
No. Credits are charged once a request actually starts running, not when you submit it.
Yes. Open the pricing modal, click Manage, and use the billing portal to cancel subscriptions, update payment methods, and view invoices.
Troubleshooting
Common issues and what they usually mean.
Larger profiles and peak traffic can take longer. Your job continues in the background, so you can check back in a few minutes.
Ideas appear after analysis finishes. If processing is still running, more ideas will show up automatically as they become ready.
Usually because the source video is unavailable or a platform hit a temporary limit. Trying again a moment later almost always works.
Some analyses are linked to active profiles. Remove them from the profile first, then delete them from Library.
Privacy and security

Yes. Superdirector uses industry-standard security practices to protect account and billing data.
You own the scripts and plans generated for your account.
No. We do not sell your personal data.
