Manage your account
Everything about your account lives behind your account icon in the top-right corner. This page covers the housekeeping: password, plan, and — if you ever need it — deleting your account.
Open Settings
- Click your account icon (the person silhouette) in the top-right corner of any page.
- Click Settings.

The Account section holds Change password and Delete account. Below it you’ll find Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and subscribers also see Replay paid tutorial if you want the product tour again.
Change your password
- In Settings, click Change password.
- Type your new password in the New password field. A checklist under the field shows the requirements — at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number — and ticks them off as you type.
- Retype it in Confirm new password.
- Click Update password.
Cancel or change your plan
Your plan is managed from the account menu, not from Settings.
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner. The menu shows your current plan and your Tracked profiles count at a glance; subscribers also see their credit balance.
- Click Plan & connections.
- A Plan & connections panel opens. From there you can view your credit usage, manage tracked profiles, and click Manage billing to reach a secure Stripe page where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Canceling stops future charges. You can come back and resubscribe any time — your brands and past work wait for you.
Delete your account
Deleting is permanent, so the product asks you to be sure. The warning says "This action cannot be undone" and lists exactly what happens:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All analyses removed from your library
- Production plans will be deleted
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled
- Open Settings.
- Click Delete account.
- Read the warning.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
- Click Delete my account.
Deletion takes a moment while your data is removed. When it finishes, you return to the landing page, signed out.
