This new Instagram Reels feature is a game changer, as it lets you drive traffic inside the app.

I’m still a CapCut girlie, but this new Edits app feature might convert me.

You can now add clickable buttons directly inside Reels.

Perfect for:
• sending traffic to your profile
• linking your other Reels in a series or send viewers to your most important content
• promoting collabs

I think clickable links inside Instagram Reels are quietly one of the most practical features they’ve added in a long time.

For brands, it’s so powerful because it helps turn attention into action, not just views. One Reel can now lead viewers deeper into your content instead of being a dead end. Instead of hoping people discover it, you actively route them there.

It means your Reels can finally guide viewers somewhere intentionally, not just entertain them.

But there’s one crucial step most people miss when exporting to make sure that the links work.

Keep watching till the end if you want to see what it is and how to add the clickable links to your Reels step-by-step.💛

Something I don’t think we talk about enough...

Making one short video means showing up as (at least) six completely different people.

And most of us are doing it in between client calls, emails, school runs, and everything else that comes with actually running a business and being a parent.

Here’s who I have to be every single time 👇

The Strategist
What’s the point of this video? Who needs to see it? What do I want it to do for my business?

The Scriptwriter
Making the message crystal clear, and delivering it in a way that sounds natural, engaging, and true to you.

The Videographer
Location, light, background. Does this feel right? Making sure the message is instantly clear visually and the footage feels good enough to hold attention

The Presenter
Be natural. Be yourself. Forget the camera is there.
(the camera is always there)

The Editor
Turns 23 takes into 15 seconds. Fixes the audio. Has a little moment. Exports.

The Copywriter
Because the video is done but apparently there’s still more to do.🫠

And then you come back and do it all again next week.

If video has ever felt overwhelming, this is probably why. It’s not that you’re doing it wrong. It’s that you’re doing a LOT.

Save this for the next time you wonder why it takes so long. 🤍

Which role do you find hardest? I’d love to know...
My least favourite is writing captions 😅

I wish I’d realised sooner that we’re not playing the same game.

We all do it - compare ourselves to others in our industry, sure… but also to Instagram gurus and marketing coaches whose entire business model is growth and/or content itself.

Because here’s the thing about those “I did it, you can too” accounts:

At first? They’re motivating. Inspiring even.
You think: “If they can do it, so can I.”
But then you try it. And it doesn’t work the same way.

And suddenly that inspiration turns into something else.
You start questioning yourself.
Second-guessing your content.
Wondering what you’re doing wrong.

But here’s what I finally realised:
Their journey isn’t your journey.
Their audience came to learn about growth.
Your audience? They don’t care how to grow on Instagram.

They care about:
✅Do I want this?
✅Do I trust you?
✅Is this for me?

So when you try to copy what worked for them…
You’re not building YOUR business. You’re building a watered-down version of theirs.

The accounts that actually help?
They don’t say “do what I did.”
They say “let’s figure out what works for YOU.”
Your business.Your voice.Your audience.
That’s not a formula you can copy.
That’s strategy.

I see this every week. Founders second-guessing themselves, copying strategies that were never built for them. It’s exhausting watching brilliant businesses dim themselves down because they’re looking at the wrong scoreboard.

Save this… because it’ll stop you second-guessing your content every week. You’re doing great 💛

It’s time to stop stressing about your Reels!

Imagine finally crossing “make Reels” off your to-do list for good 👇

❌ Spending hours planning, filming + editing that never gets results you’re after
❌ Paying for Reels courses to improve your skills… but never having time to put it in practise
❌ Buying new gear, thinking “if I just buy the right tripod / mic / camera, my Reels will finally take off” but it gathers dust while you still don’t post consistently
❌ Scrolling hours for inspo or the “perfect audio”
❌ Stressing “what the heck do I even post?”

Instead, imagine this:
🙌 A batch of Reels planned, filmed + edited for you - ready to post each week (The Reel Deal)
🙌 Clarity on what’s actually working (and what’s not) so you can improve fast (Audit)
🙌 A tailored content plan with 36 ideas so you always know what to post (Strategy)
🙌 Notifications lighting up with new followers, saves + DMs (without you chasing trends)
🙌 Posting videos you feel excited + confident to share because they tell your story

Here’s how I can help 👇

🎬 The Reel Deal
5/10/15+ Reels – all planned, filmed + edited for you

🔎 Reels Audit
Pinpoints what’s working, what’s not+ gives you clear actions to fix it

📝 Reels Content Strategy
36 tailored Reel ideas tailored to your brand, including hooks, caption prompts and inspo so you always know what to post

And the best part?
It’s all done for you - so you can focus on running your business while your video content works in the background.

👉 DM me to chat about what you need or to book a call💛

Instagram has seen a massive shift in a recent year, but most of us are still playing by the old playbook.

Following trends and “shoulds” might reward you with views… but I think it’s short-sighted.

If you want to build a BRAND using Reels on Instagram - not just grow an account - you’ve gotta focus on personality-led content that grows your community and your personal brand in long-term.

And yeah, unfortunately that means showing up more. More of YOU on camera. More of your actual perspective.

Quick “stop the scroll” content isn’t dead - it still has its place. Especially if it leads with your point-of-view. But your main feed? That’s where you show what your brand is actually about. Not just follow whatever’s trending. Or what ‘gurus’ told you should post.

When everyone’s using the same formulas, your personality is what differentiates you. Your stories are what build real connection.

So stop asking “what’s trending?” or “what should I do?” and start asking “what do I actually want to say?”

The videos that perform best and convert? They’re the ones where personality and point of view shines through so clearly, you feel like you already know the person behind the brand.
And when time comes to decide about who to buy from, there won’t be any hesitation.

Most people who come to me have already tried DIYing Reels on their own for way too long.

They tried copying other people’s viral posts.
They tried forcing batch creation systems that burned them out.
They tried waiting for that one Instagram Reels course to be THE answer.

But nothing worked because here’s what they don’t tell you: implementing on your own is HARD when you’re also running a business. Theory is easy. Doing it all yourself? That’s where it falls apart.

When we changed from doing it alone to done-together, everything shifted.

If you’ve been looping in the same pattern, there’s a better way.
What if you only showed up once a month (or even better, once a quarter) instead of scrambling every week?

Comment ‘BETTER’ if you want the shortcut.

PS Now taking bookings for March + beyond 💛
