For the girls who are wondering: “how do I show up without overthinking it?!”

I have been there gals (sometimes I still struggle…) but to get there, I had to sit down and figure out a few things for myself 👀

I had to think about:

💬 how I wanted to share my voice (without forcing it)

🌳 how to build credibility in a way that felt natural

💅 how to make content that matched my energy (& not just whatever everyone else was posting)

This is where it can feel a bit vulnerable & that is NORMAL.

Trust me, you don’t need to be on every platform posting multiple times a day

it is possible to show up in a way that feels sustainable WHEN you figure out what showing up as YOU looks like

To the gals who wanna start social media management in 2026…this is what I wish I knew before getting started!

This is part 2 - all about getting CLEAR

⭐ what services are you going to offer?

⭐ how much time will you be able to give to this business right now?

⭐ how long does each service take?

⭐ how many bookings of each service do you need to meet your income expectations?

Because if you don’t know what your offers are, how can you sell them?

If you want to work through this with the workbook I’ve created, comment SMSS

Otherwise, follow along for part 3 🥰

If you’re a social media manager who is stressing about achieving client expectations I.e they want 1000 new followers from each post OR cannot see why we don’t say “buy it now” on every post…

This is how I handle those conversations with my clients 💗

As a social media manager, we are responsible for helping out clients show up consistently on social, building a recognisable brand image online and reaching the right people with our content.

BUT sometimes, the expectations are way beyond that.

Social media marketing is not a predictable field.

There’s no magic recipe that ensures your content will perform well. We have to try and test and adapt. And that means some posts will flop but some will thrive.

Hope this helps some of my fellow social media managers who are currently navigating this with their clients 🫶
