But a year ago, I started waking up at 4-5am and dedicating that time to myself before I start work and it has changed my life (no matter how your day goes, you have fit in that time for yourself)
I read ‘atomic habits’ and it genuinely changed my life.
Habits shape focus. Focus shapes skills. And the skills you build in your 20s set up your life.
(Btw - Habits built before 25 yrs old are 3x more likely to stick for the rest of your life 😉)
