Business events suck.. So I’m building workshops like this instead ᵕ̈ When I pitched the Letter Writing Workshop to @flodesk, I built it backwards from one specific frustration → leaving events inspired but completely lost on the “how”. Time is the one thing I can’t give back to someone, so if you’re spending yours with me, you best believe you’re walking away with something you can actually use the next day. The goal was never to position myself as an expert. It’s actually that I’m just a few steps ahead, actively in it, and showing you exactly what I’m doing in real time to build Kynn (including the tools that are making it easier!) @flodesk was genuinely one of my favorite finds of 2025. I’ve switched email platforms more times than I’d like to admit, but this one actually made me want to show up and write and be excited by using it. The design, the flows, the analytics it literally removes every excuse I used to have for being inconsistent. If execution is your bottleneck, this is your platformI promise!! Devotion > discipline ⚜️the 3 things I do to “work harder” that don’t require hard work.. 1. Time-blocking: I plan these in advance AND started analyzing them through my chat agent who knows my personality type, my strengths/weaknesses, my personal boundaries, menstrual cycle AND some other stuff… basically all my blocks in my week are pre-booked to match when I perform the best. 2. 90-day sprints: I love to sprint in quarters with clear targets (no vague goals!!!) There is a method to this I’m finalizing stay tuned.. 3. Sunday ritual: I take 30 minutes on Sunday to execute Monday-Friday (duhhh - most ppl NEVER do this and its so simple..) I’m 100% NOT more disciplined than you but I am the utmost devoted to my goals. This is truly the healthiest holistically I’ve ever been and once you get on this type of ‘effortless productivity’ is when you realize its actually harder to fall off because of how great it feels.
