7 things I would do to *physically* glow up in 30 days
These are 7 things I would do to glow up in 30 days.
1. Drink a loaded water 💧
Number one, drink a loaded water. Every day I would drink 2 to 3 liters of water and I would make it loaded.
By this, I mean I would add electrolytes to help maintain proper hydration and cellular function, and I'll add glutamine to support gut health and immune system. Comment 'water' if you want my recipe.

“You must learn a new way to think before you can master a new way to be.” 🧠 Over the past few years I’ve become really interested in how our thoughts shape our behaviour, emotions, and identity. That curiosity became much more personal in October 2021 when my mum was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. It forced me to confront how powerful the brain really is and how changes in it can reshape memory, personality, and someone’s entire lived experience. Since then I’ve spent a lot of time learning about neuroscience, psychology, and behavioural science, trying to understand how our brains influence the way we think, form beliefs, and build habits. The more I’ve learned, the more fascinated I’ve become with how neuroscience can help us understand ourselves and create real behavioural change. I want to be able to share as much as I can with you all to my best ability and this next chapter I believe will be a powerful one for us all. Here's to becoming a neuroscientist 🧬 🧠 #glowuptips #healthyhabitsforlife #healthylivingtips #gratefulmindset #glowups
